Enova International (ENVA) is projecting significant financial expansion, forecasting an adjusted earnings per share (EPS) growth of 30% to 35% for the year 2026. This ambitious target is reinforced by the company’s confirmation that its strategic acquisition of Grasshopper remains firmly on schedule for completion later this year, signaling a clear path for future growth and market expansion.
The positive long-term outlook follows a period of strong operational performance. During the second quarter of 2026, Enova’s management reported financial results that surpassed internal expectations. CEO Steven Cunningham noted, “In the second quarter, healthy originations growth in credit supported by a stable macro environment drove top and bottom line financial results that exceeded our expectations.” He specifically emphasized the robust performance in “consolidated originations,” indicating broad strength across the company’s lending activities and product lines.
Enova’s confidence in achieving its 2026 EPS growth targets appears rooted in both current market dynamics and strategic initiatives. The stable macro environment cited by Cunningham has evidently provided a fertile ground for sustained credit expansion and customer acquisition. Furthermore, the impending Grasshopper deal is expected to play a crucial role in enhancing Enova’s service offerings, diversifying its portfolio, and expanding its market reach. This strategic integration is anticipated to contribute substantially to the projected earnings increase, positioning Enova for a period of accelerated financial development and strengthened competitive standing.
