Boot Barn Holdings, Inc. has outlined ambitious financial targets for fiscal year 2027, projecting $2.6 billion in sales and $9.23 in earnings per share (EPS). A notable component of this EPS forecast includes a $0.46 contribution from anticipated tariff refunds, signaling a significant non-operational boost to profitability.
The Western wear retailer’s forward-looking guidance underscores a confident outlook for sustained expansion and enhanced shareholder value. The projected $2.6 billion in sales represents a substantial increase, reflecting the company’s strategic growth initiatives and market positioning.
These long-term projections follow a strong performance in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. CEO and Director John Hazen stated, “First quarter results exceeded our expectations and reflected broad-based strength across the business.” He highlighted an 18% increase in revenue, which was supported by the opening of 27 new stores during the quarter. Furthermore, consolidated same-store sales experienced a healthy growth of 4.7%, indicating solid underlying demand and operational efficiency.
The combination of strategic expansion through new store openings and positive comparable sales trends, alongside the one-time benefit from tariff refunds, underpins Boot Barn’s optimistic financial outlook for the coming years, positioning the company for continued market penetration and profitability.
