Wheat Futures Slide Across Exchanges Tuesday

The wheat complex registered widespread declines across the three primary exchanges on Tuesday, reflecting a notable downturn in commodity markets. Chicago SRW contracts led the losses, falling between 5 ¾ and 12 cents during the trading session.

Further impacting the grain sector, Kansas City HRW futures also saw significant depreciation, with prices down 4 ¼ to 8 ½ cents on the day. The weakness extended to Minneapolis spring wheat, which recorded losses ranging from 3 ½ to 8 ¼ cents.

This collective downturn across the SRW, HRW, and spring wheat categories underscores a challenging trading day for the agricultural commodity, with all major benchmarks closing lower.
