Park Aerospace Corp. (PKE) has detailed significant capital expenditures totaling $90 million, earmarked for strategic expansion and technological advancements. This includes a $65 million investment for a new manufacturing facility in Tulsa and an additional $25 million dedicated to ArianeGroup C2B advances.
These substantial outlays are primarily intended to bolster the company’s capacity and capabilities in support of the PAC-3 MSE ramp. The announcement emerged from the company’s Q1 fiscal 2027 Management View earnings call.
During the call, the Chairman & CEO highlighted the breadth of ongoing initiatives, stating, ‘There are a lot of developments that we do — we should go through with you, especially starting in the Missile Systems and then the new plant sections at the end.’
This underscores the company’s focus on both its missile systems division and infrastructure expansion. The Tulsa plant investment signals a commitment to enhancing domestic production capabilities, while the ArianeGroup C2B advances point to critical technology development within its portfolio. Both initiatives are crucial for meeting future demand related to the PAC-3 MSE program.
